Good maintenance will keep your Global DPF running optimally year after year.  Boshart Engineering (BE) Global provides premier DPF cleaning service for the one year maintenance requirement beyond the every three month cleanings* you will perform.

First your DPF is removed and goes through a high-powered pressure wash system specifically designed by BE Global.  Then it is baked at 600-degrees Fahrenheit in a kiln for 8 hours.  After cooling, the DPF is inspected and using flow testing (pressure measurement in inches of water), filters cleaned by the BE Global method measure only 0.3 inches of water.  Other cleaning providers' filters usually have excessively high readings of 1.0-1.5 inches of water.  The BE Global DPF cleaning system provides your filter with a much longer working life.

BE Global's DPF cleaning process is usually a 24 hour turn around time.  You may deliver your Global DPF and pick it up when cleaning is completed, or we can provide door-to-door service at an additional cost.  Our cleaning process price is $250 per filter.
